1. Identify the candidate

Save the original listing URL, item identifier and exact variant. A catalog screenshot or seller homepage is not enough to find the same item again. Keep a separate field for the page where you first discovered it.

If the source changes or redirects to a different item, retain the original reference and mark the candidate for rechecking. Do not silently replace it with something that only looks similar.

2. Save a dated price, not just a number

Record the amount, currency, selected size or variant, observation date and any conditions shown. Note separately whether domestic delivery, service fees, international shipping or taxes are included, excluded or unknown.

Keep quoted amounts and estimates in different fields. This site has no live price feed; a saved price is evidence of what was displayed when you checked, not a promise of the next checkout total.

3. Attach the relevant evidence

Save the size chart and measurement method. For photos described as QC, meaning a quality-control inspection, record whose photos they are, the item or order reference available to you, the selected variant and the photo date if supplied. Keep private order details in your own notes.

A public album image may be promotional or show a different batch. If its connection to your candidate cannot be established, label it as a reference image.

4. Compare the same fields

5. Recheck before an external purchase

Open the original listing again, select the same variant and check the current terms of the service handling the purchase. Resolve mismatched identifiers or unexplained price changes before proceeding.

Use the link and destination checks and the relevant measurement guide. The method above is an editorial checklist; it is not an inspection of a seller or product.
